Our Swimming Facility
Ambition
We set out to dream up and design the perfect learn-to-swim facility, and it made sense to develop a system aligned with our teaching goals: one that caters to people of all ages and abilities while maximizing both fun and learning.
After researching optimum group sizes in pre-school and primary education systems and analysing the structures of club swimming programs, we assessed our available land and decided on a three-pool 'Learn to Swim' facility.
This centre was custom-built to suit the specific needs of the target groups we studied.
Purpose Built
We knew we could marry each pool with highly specific and specialised 'Learn to Swim' instruction methods.
SMALL SWIMMING POOL
Our Small Pool measures 4m x 4m and supports our beginner swimming lessons.
The depth is level throughout, making it perfect for our little learners aged 4 to 6 years old; we also conduct our preschool swimming lessons here.
You can expect our water temperature to average around 30°C.
MIDDLE SWIMMING POOL
Our middle-sized pool measures 6m x 8m and is approximately waist-deep.
We conduct our 'Kids Learn to Swim' and 'TodSwim' lessons in this pool, which is also well-suited for our adult beginner classes.
You can expect the water temperature to average around 30°C.
BIG SWIMMING POOL
Our Big Pool measures 12m x 8m, and we conduct both our kids' and adults' stroke correction lessons here.
The depth is consistent throughout, making it ideal for swimmers refining their technique.
We also facilitate a mini-squad that utilises this pool for 60-minute squad training sessions.
You can expect the water temperature to average a comfortable 30°C.
With the opportunity to acquire the plot of land immediately adjacent to the swimming school, we extended the facility to include an additional entrance area with its own six-car parking lot.
Viewing Room
Initially, our office and reception area consisted of a single, small multi-purpose room attached to the facility.
However, in October 2013, we expanded our reception area and renovated the original space into a dedicated swimming lesson Viewing Room.
Our current Viewing Room allows parents, siblings, and friends to watch lessons without distracting swimmers from their learning.
Changerooms
Our building plans included three separate changing rooms, which feature wheelchair access and are all equipped with baby-changing facilities.
Reception
We have a fully functional, separate reception area and office.
Waiting Room
Our facility features a separate waiting room with cozy couches.
It’s a popular spot for parents to catch up on emails or work while their children are in the water.
